The role of the “Multi-Skill Technician” (Electronic & Audio Visual) is to perform variety of maintenance tasks with different skill set requirement, set by the technical maintenance team, at each typology within the complex. Each task execution will be complying with SEVEN health and safety policies, in assistance with the Sr. technician, supervised by the Team Leader, for each rides & devices installed at complex level. This role will involve active support during the installation time onsite, working alongside with contractors & manufacturers, aiming to execute SEVEN’s maintenance requirements, processes & technical pre & post opening requirements, ensuring operational readiness.
Managerial & Strategic Responsibilities Active participation with operation department requirement on day-to-day basis. Safety awareness responsibility of the candidate & peers of task actions execution. Work to best international safety practices and local authorities’ regulations in KSA. Execute & monitor the technical requirements of the ride/device with support of peers, in day-today activities set by the technical management.
Core Responsibilities Comply with SEVEN’s technical maintenance requirement, by implementing, executing and recording the maintenance activities set by the management, falling under H&S policies and operation’s instruction, of each typology within the complex, including but not limited to:Giving feedback for continuous improvement of all technical documents, including those defined by the manufacturer and designed by SEVEN Technical department, including but not limited to: SOP’s, technical manuals, troubleshooting guidance, evacuation procedure, PM check lists, REHAB, NDT schedules etc…Support with the implementation of Asset management software and awareness of uploaded information’s. Maintaining departmental spare part/consumable requirement and proactively supporting the Team Leader by providing feedback for stock availability. Responsible to achieve department and company objectives, action plans and key performance indicators to support company balanced scorecard approach in achieving the executive strategic plan. Capable of fulfilling responsibilities of the Sr Technician during absences. Responsible in the preparation, execution and recording of the technical maintenance requirement, including but not limited to:Responsible for executing and carrying out Attraction Ride/Devices Corrective Maintenance and recording results on a day-to-day basis in compliance with industry standards & manufacturer instructions, reporting findings to Team Leader or Assistant Technical Manager. Responsible for executing and carrying out Attraction Ride and Devices Planned Maintenance and recording results as per schedule on a day-to-day basis in compliance with industry standards & manufacturer instructions, reporting findings to Team Leader or Assistant Technical Manager. Responsible to attend ride and device stoppages as reported by Assistant Technical Manager/Team Leader, communicate with Operational staff to gather information and rectify issue in timely and safe manner, record all corrective maintenance performed and reporting findings to Assistant Technical Manager or Team Leader. Responsible for the accuracy and quality of work execution, paying particular attention to safety critical inspections, repairs and correct information recorded. Assist with ensuring Attraction Ride and Device daily operational readiness and annual reliability/availability as per company target. Assist Team Leader with ensuring the availability of required resources to perform all maintenance tasks such as manpower, materials, tools & equipment’s. Assist in identifying any potential areas of improvement or concerns with rides or devices operation and maintenance, such as modification proposals or efficiency improvement related work tasks etc. and reporting findings to Team Leader or Assistant Technical Manager. Assisting to achieve Annual certification/recertification of the attraction’s rides and devices by the Independent Body (IB). Responsible for leading, executing and carrying out the high-level annual maintenance with scrupulous attention to detail, assuring their continued operation at peak performance. Responsible for providing departmental involvement during evacuation procedures as necessary and reporting any feedback to the Team Leader or Assistant Technical Manager. Responsible in executing duty shift tools and equipment inspection, as per SEVEN tools and equipment management policy, including quarantining and reporting findings for any “out of calibration” or damaged equipment. Comply to the Learning and Development training strategy, including delivering training and maintaining training records. Responsible for following all QHSE policies and procedure as per company policies and strategy. Responsible for optimal use of consumables with minimum wastage and maintaining clean workable environment area.
