About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Instructor to lead technical training programs, including Training Centre and On-the-Job Training (OJT). This role involves managing training delivery, developing training materials, leading a small team, and acting as the Internal Verifier for assigned programs.
Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver technical training programs (Centre & OJT) Develop and improve training materials and assessments Manage and support the departmental training team Act as Internal Verifier for assigned programs Ensure training quality and compliance with standards
Requirements Technical or Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline Minimum 3 years of training experience Minimum 5 years of oil & gas industry experience Excellent English communication skills
Preferred / Advantage
Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ) A1 or V1 / D32 or D33 assessor certification Middle East experience Strong IT skills (Windows-based applications) Train-the-Trainer or Certified Trainer qualification
