Position: Oracle Senior Support Engineers (P4 – Expert) Experience: 3–5 years Openings: 3Salary: Up to 16,000 SAR
Technical Responsibilities• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.• Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.• Support integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, GIS).• Manage data migration and transformation tasks.• Utilize technical skills in SQL, Java, XML, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Admin Responsibilities• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability,• Resolve login issues and handle user creation,• Apply patches, support system upgrades and perform housekeeping tasks.
Functional Responsibilities• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle CC&B.• Configure the system based on business requirements.• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.• Collaborate with business analysts to align system behavior with business needs.• Apply domain knowledge of utility industry processes and CC&B modules (Customer Information, Billing, Payments, etc.).• Proficiency in Arabic
