Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer (HSE Officer) located in Dammam. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of all workplace activities. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting site safety inspections, risk assessments, and monitoring operations to ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards. The role also involves promoting a culture of safety within the organization through training, incident investigations, and the implementation of safety protocols.
Qualifications Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety management Certification or knowledge in NEBOSH practices and standards Strong understanding of local and international safety regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety awareness Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Relevant certifications in Safety Management or related fields are an advantage Previous experience in a construction or contracting environment is preferred
