Role Description We are seeking a Real Estate Sales & Investment Advisor to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Al Khobar, you will be responsible for assisting clients with real estate investment opportunities, maintaining high levels of customer service, facilitating property transactions, and guiding clients in their decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting property market research, identifying investment opportunities, and maintaining a strong network within the real estate market.
Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and deep knowledge of real estate concepts Strong skills in Sales and the ability to manage real property transactions effectively Proficient in Customer Service with the ability to understand and meet client needs Experience working in real estate markets and handling transactions in compliance with relevant legal regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous Familiarity with Al Khobar's real estate market is considered a plus
