General Manager – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh Based)
A leading independent media consultancy in the MENA region is seeking a General Manager – Saudi Arabia to lead and scale its KSA operations. With an established regional footprint and a growing presence in Riyadh, this is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven market builder who can own performance today while preparing the business for future growth.
The Role As General Manager – Saudi Arabia, you will lead the Saudi business end-to-end, with full responsibility for growth, profitability, client relationships, and team leadership. You will act as the senior representative of the business in the Kingdom, while executing regional strategy, standards, and governance.
This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.
Key Responsibilities Full ownership of the Saudi P&L (revenue, margins, and growth targets) Lead and expand senior client relationships across the Kingdom Drive new business development and pipeline conversion Build, lead, and develop the Saudi team Ensure high-quality delivery across all media consultancy services Implement company tools, methodologies, and best practices Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and governance Act as the senior face of the business in the Saudi market
Requirements Saudi national, aged 35+8+ years’ experience in media, advertising, marketing, or business consultancy Proven senior leadership experience in Saudi Arabia Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership Credible senior client-facing presence (CMO / CEO level) Strategic mindset with strong execution capability High integrity, structured, and performance-driven
