We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of systems and databases for geospatial data. This role bridges BIM and GIS, ensuring seamless integration, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across projects.
Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain geospatial databases and systems. Standardize geographic data for project-wide use. Coordinate BIM and GIS workflows across design teams. Evaluate pre- and post-contract BIM execution plans. Conduct geospatial modeling, spatial analysis, and data validation. Research and test new tools and technologies to improve workflows. Ensure all deliverables comply with company and project standards. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering field.5+ years of experience in project consultancy or management. Proficiency in BIM workflows, GIS desktop software, and data management. Strong knowledge of programming languages and geospatial analysis. Fluent in English and Arabic. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
