We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise and proven ability to secure and develop new projects. The ideal candidate will have solid field experience, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco projects and standards. Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and help secure new construction and infrastructure projects Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance Prepare and review drawings using Auto CAD and Civil 3DPerform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQsOversee excavation, cutting, and backfilling works Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and specifications Prepare technical reports and support project planning and execution Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Strong experience in field/site works Proficiency in Auto CAD and Civil 3DSolid knowledge of quantity surveying and earthworks Proven experience with Saudi Aramco projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English and Arabic Salary & Benefits (to be specified):Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based incentives / commission for project acquisition Accommodation and transportation (if applicable) Medical insurance Annual leave as per Saudi labor law
