Job Description Lead, develop, and maintain the company’s integrated QHSE Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and API Q1 standards. Serve as the Management Representative, ensuring effective implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and objectives across all departments. Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco specifications (e.g., 45-SAMSS-005), API 6A, and other relevant customer, regulatory, and industry standards. Manage internal and external audits, certification processes, and communication with regulatory and certification bodies. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to minimize nonconformities and enhance product quality, safety, and environmental performance. Oversee customer complaint resolution, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. Foster a strong QHSE culture through leadership, training, risk assessments, and operational controls. Direct QHSE resource planning, reporting, and communication to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements12–15 years of progressive experience in QHSE roles, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing (wellhead/valve experience preferred). In-depth knowledge of API 6A, API Q1, and ISO management systems; Lead Auditor certification required. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; NDE Level II certification is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in GCC and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
