Job Title: Sales Engineer (Water Industry)

Role Summary:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and managing business-to-business sales opportunities by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. The role focuses on consultative selling, account management, and achieving revenue targets in industrial, commercial, or government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
-Engage with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients to understand their technical and business needs.
-Present and explain products/solutions in a professional and consultative manner.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic commercial offers.
-Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage accounts.
-Coordinate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solution alignment.
-Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer data using CRM tools.
-Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
-3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (technical or solution-based sales is a plus).
-Experience dealing with industrial, infrastructure, utilities, or technology clients is an advantage.
Valid driving license (if field sales is required).
