Description To oversee multiple assigned outlets as successful independent profit centers, ensuring each operates in line with its unique concept and Hyatt International standards. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, maintaining consistent service and quality across all venues, and achieving financial targets by effectively managing operations, staff performance, and budgetary controls.
Qualifications Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or high‑standard restaurant is required.
