ALASILA CX is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across the Customer Experience and Staffing industries.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a visible impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives Identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends within CX and staffing services Brand & Content Strengthen ALASILA CX’s brand positioning across digital and offline channels Lead the creation of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, campaigns) Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manage and optimise SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns Drive qualified leads through Linked In, Instagram, email marketing, and other digital platforms Campaigns & Events Plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and client engagement initiatives Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities Analytics & Performance Track, analyse, and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (master’s is a plus)5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in staffing, HR services, CX, or B2B services Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content tools, and marketing automation Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English preferred) Creative, proactive, and analytical mindset with a passion for growth
