Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Automotive Technician based in Medina. The technician will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include identifying issues, troubleshooting, and conducting inspections to confirm the performance and safety of vehicles. Collaboration with team members to meet service excellence standards and provide customer satisfaction is essential. Proper documentation of services performed and adherence to safety and quality protocols will also be required.
Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and using diagnostic tools effectively. Strong knowledge in vehicle inspections, safety compliance, and adhering to technical service guidelines. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills in team-oriented environments. Technical certification in automotive repair or a similar discipline is preferred; a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance, ideally with expertise in General Motors and/or GAC vehicles. Commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience with advanced technologies in the automotive industry is a plus.
