Work Location: KAEC (King Abdullah Economic city) Job Title: Leader, Body Shop Maintenance Exp - 12+years Job Purpose This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems within body shop. With the goal of minimizing downtime, optimizing maintenance processes, and supporting the overall performance and longevity of the equipment. Job Role•Supervise the Maintenance Team to ensure optimal performance.•Ensure all activities comply with procedures, safety standards, and production goals.•Assist in assigning tasks based on team members’ skills, maintenance tasks and production needs.•Define and validate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and frequencies.•Foster a strong 5S and TPM culture in collaboration with production and process teams.•Implement and evaluate maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Maintainability, Reliability).•Standardize preventive maintenance techniques, tasks and practices.•Conduct failure analysis to prevent recurrence and implement horizontally.•Review maintenance plans using corrective, preventive, and predictive data.•Prepare development plans and training for team members on new equipment and best practices.•Collaborate with manufacturers, line builders and OEM equipment providers to gain and share knowledge.•Ensure compliance and adherence with policies, procedures, leadership’s instruction and controls, and maintain accurate maintenance records and KPIs
Education Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field
