Job Purpose:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting and coordinating all sales, leasing, and partnership activities to drive growth, ensure seamless operations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and business partners. This role encompasses sales pipeline management, B2B development, leasing coordination, promoter supervision, CRM administration, reporting, and liaison with government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Coordination Manage all sales follow-ups, pipeline activities, and coordination between internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders. Ensure daily operational alignment between the sales, marketing, and operations teams. Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction. Support Hub Spot and CRM management, ensuring accurate data input, reporting, and performance analysis. Support and maintain structured workflows for lead assignment, follow-up, and deal closure. B2B Sales & Market Development Support B2B market penetration initiatives and manage the full communication and qualification process. Build and manage relationships with hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and corporate partners. Coordinate DMC on-demand requests and develop bulk deal agreements from outreach to execution. Monitor and report on third-party commissions, sales incentives, and overall B2B sales performance. Develop business proposals and promotional materials for partnership development. Leasing Coordination Oversee leasing activities, including tenant communications, tenant management, and renewals. Support leasing growth initiatives through benchmarking, outreach, and relationship-building with prospective tenants. Maintain regular communication with tenants to address leasing inquiries, operational issues, and follow-ups. Promoter & CRM Management Support and motivate a team of four (4) promoters to achieve sales and marketing goals.support individual and team performance to ensure alignment with company standards. Maintain updated data in Hub Spot/CRM, ensuring reliable visibility of leads, activities, and conversions. Generate analytical reports summarizing performance metrics, client engagement levels, and sales outcomes. PR, Events & VIP Services Coordinate PR arrangements, promotional events, and VIP visit logistics. Plan and execute VIP experiences, including hospitality elements (Saudi Coffee service, photography, and Saqqaq coordination). Provide on-ground support during events and corporate functions in collaboration with marketing and guest relations teams. Government & Institutional Coordination Support communications with government bodies and official entities (e.g., Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, DMO, and local authorities). Oversee and support the submission and tracking of MDA permits across departments. Ensure official correspondence and regulatory follow-ups are handled professionally and on schedule.
Reports and Analytics Support the monitoring and reporting on: Sales pipeline performance and closure rates Third-party commissions, incentives, and B2B agreements Leasing activity and renewal dashboards Market trends, competitor updates, and opportunity tracking Develop and maintain dashboards summarizing key commercial KPIs for management.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in sales supervision, leasing, or commercial operations (hospitality or real estate preferred). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with governmental coordination and hospitality/tourism partnerships is an advantage.
