We are seeking a qualified and organized professional to manage document control, archiving, correspondence, and scheduling activities. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Primavera, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and a high level of proficiency in English, ensuring efficient administrative and project documentation support. Key Responsibilities:Manage and control all project and administrative documents (hard copy and electronic). Maintain an organized and systematic document archiving system. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure proper tracking. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines. Update and monitor project data using Primavera. Prepare reports, logs, and documentation as required. Ensure document accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Support administrative and project teams as needed. Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience in document control or administrative roles, preferably in construction or contracting companies. Strong working knowledge of Primavera. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
