Role Description Responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients across key industries in such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power & Energy, manufacturing, Food & beverages, pharmaceuticals. while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Promote the company’s calibration, instrumentation, and engineering services, manage sales inquiries, and prepare competitive quotations and proposals. Understand customer needs and provide tailored service packages Conduct technical and commercial presentations, negotiate contracts, visiting clients' sites as needed to support sales activities and ensure seamless coordination with internal departments for service delivery. And Stay updated on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:???? Sales & Client Acquisition Identify and approach new potential clients in key industries (e.g., ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, Ma'aden, etc.) Promote the company’s calibration, instrumentation, and engineering services Generate and follow up on leads, RFQs, and sales inquiries Conduct technical and commercial presentations to clients???? Client Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and support Understand customer needs and provide tailored service packages Visiting client’s sites as needed to support sales activities (Daily Visit).???? Quotations & Proposals Follow up with sales coordinators to submit competitive quotations and technical proposals Follow up on leads to convert Quotations into orders Negotiate terms and close contracts???? Market Intelligence Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Provide input for business strategy and pricing models Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns???? Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal departments (calibration lab, logistics, accounts) to ensure service delivery Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports / Prepare daily visit report.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in calibration, instrumentation, or industrial servicesa strong technical background Experience working with or selling to major clients in the industrial or oil & gas sector is preferred
