Job Purpose"To act as the primary interface between external customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing) for the Can Sheet business. The role is responsible for executing the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, managing customer enquiries within strict timelines, and ensuring the seamless delivery of customer requirements to support sales targets and demand forecasts."
Key Accountabilities Order Management & Execution:Execute the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process by entering necessary customer information and orders into the Oracle system accurately and in a timely manner. Handle the routine administration of enquiries and orders, ensuring all data is compliant with company policies. Prepare and issue official order confirmations to customers, ensuring alignment with approved delivery dates and manufacturing capabilities.
Customer Relationship Management:Manage both new and existing customer enquiries, ensuring a strict service level agreement (SLA) where all enquiries are responded to within 1 working day. Ensure all customer requirements—technical and logistical—are fully understood and met to ensure customer satisfaction remains paramount. Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and effectively, acting as the first line of resolution to maintain positive client relationships.
Internal Collaboration & Sales Support:Maximize interdepartmental co-operation by acting as the key interface between the external customer and internal functions including Finance, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Logistics. Support the Sales team in the preparation of demand forecasts by providing accurate data on customer order trends and upcoming requirements. Coordinate with Logistics and Finance to resolve customer-related matters such as credit holds, shipping documentation, and delivery scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Marketing. Minimum Experience:3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment. Experience in the Aluminum or Packaging (Can Sheet) industry is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Oracle (Order Management/O2C modules) is essential.
Skills:Technical: Proficiency in Oracle ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word). Process: Strong understanding of Export Logistics, Letter of Credit (LC) procedures, and Incoterms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) to handle international enquiries. Service Orientation: Ability to handle complaints under pressure and meet tight response deadlines.
