Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Spa Supervisor located in Al Khobar. The Spa Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the spa, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and staff performance. Responsibilities include managing the spa team, providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, monitoring spa cleanliness and efficiency, and ensuring that all services are aligned with company policies and standards. Additionally, the role includes leading training sessions for new staff members to maintain operational excellence.

Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage and guide a team Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and positive interactions Experience in Receptionist Duties and front desk management Proven ability to conduct staff Training and support professional development Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work in an on-site, dynamic environment Prior experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is an advantage A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
