Job Purpose:The Fiber Telecom, Manager is responsible for leading the execution and coordination of Fiber Telecome projects across NHC's developments. This includes managing stakeholder alignment with regulatory bodies, ensuring project compliance with internal procedures, and driving timely and quality delivery in line with scope and budget. The role requires close coordination with entities such as MCIT, CST, and telecom service providers like STC and TAWAL.
Key Responsibilities:• Align project requirements and infrastructure development with external entities (e.g., MCIT, CST, telecom providers).• Develop, review, and monitor telecom infrastructure implementation plans.• Follow up on agreement signings and approval statuses with telecom service providers.• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on telecom infrastructure status.• Support project implementation in collaboration with the PMO and government stakeholders.• Manage communications with clients, service providers, and other project stakeholders to ensure priority alignment.• Ensure full alignment and integration with all stakeholders during project execution phases.• Oversee the execution of telecom infrastructure by telecom providers to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and cost.• Enforce safety standards and quality assurance across project activities.• Monitor and evaluate consultant performance on assigned projects.
Qualifications and Education:• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or related disciplines• Certifications: PMP Certification (preferred)
Experience• Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years• Industry Background: Fiber Telecom or related project delivery sectors• Preferred Previous Employers: Major telecom entities
