DEFINITION OF THE FUNCTION AND MISSIONCLP Nutrition unit focuses on the nutrition and diet of our clients across the lifespan in relation to health, wellbeing and longevity. We continuously seek science-based concepts and innovative strategies to apply advanced understanding in order to improve our proprietary protocols and health solutions portfolio, to generate new innovations and help to improve how nutrition at all ages contributes to nutrient status and to reinforce our team, we are looking to recruit our new: Nutrition Manager. As the Nutritionist Manager, you will lead and develop the nutrition team, ensuring excellence in client care, scientific rigor, and innovation. You will play a key role in advancing CLP’s personalized nutrition philosophy through clinical leadership, research contribution, and cross functional collaboration.
PRIMARY MISSIONYou will oversee the delivery of high-quality nutritional care while driving scientific development and innovation within the nutrition unit. You will ensure that CLP’s advanced diagnostic tools and longevity philosophy are integrated into all assessments, programs, and protocols. You will lead and mentor dietitians, shape the evolution of CLP’s nutritional offerings, and collaborate with medical and wellness teams to deliver a holistic client experience. RESPONSABILITES
Leadership & Team Management• Lead, supervise, and mentor the team of dietitians. • Ensure high clinical standards, consistent processes, and excellence in client support. • Oversee onboarding, continuous training, and professional development within the team. • Promote collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
Guest Service Excellence • Oversee and ensure the delivery of personalized nutritional consultations addressing weight management, deficiencies, chronic conditions, and longevity goals. • Validate and approve tailored dietary plans created by the team. • Ensure consistency and integration of advanced diagnostics (genetics, epigenetics, clinical longevity assessments). • Maintain the highest standards of excellence, empathy, and client-centered care.
Scientific Development & Innovation • Drive the evolution of CLP’s nutritional protocols and solutions. • Continuously assess innovations in preventive, personalized, and longevity nutrition. • Translate scientific advances into practical, high-impact nutritional strategies. • Contribute to the creation of new concepts, methodologies, and nutritional components unique to CLP.
Research and Clinical Advancement • Participate in nutrition-related research initiatives and clinical trials. • Maintain a strong track record of publications or contributions in scientific journals. • Support ongoing development of CLP’s proprietary solutions based on the latest findings in nutrition and aging. • Ensure evidence-based practices are embedded across client interventions.
Team Collaboration • Work as part of an interdisciplinary medical and wellness team. • Contribute expertise in nutrition to support holistic client journeys across departments. • Engage actively with team members to ensure innovation, clinical precision, and a shared commitment to excellence. • Support and participate in company-wide projects that require nutritional expertise.
Areas of Accountability • Quality and personalization of dietary plans. • Integration of diagnostics (genetics, epigenetics, etc.) into assessments. • Research contributions and clinical evidence-based improvements. • Multidisciplinary collaboration and communication with internal teams.
Deliverables • High-quality, personalized client nutrition assessments and plans. • Quarterly innovation updates and strategic recommendations. • Contributions to research projects, publications, and scientific documentation. • Development and enhancement of nutritional components within CLP programs. • Performance reviews and development plans for dietitians. .
Education & Experience: • Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences, Clinical Nutrition, or equivalent. • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in clinical nutrition, including senior or managerial responsibilities. • Strong background in nutraceuticals and healthy aging. • Demonstrated involvement in clinical research and scientific writing. • Experience in leading teams or mentoring professionals.
