⭐About Our Client Our client is a well-established Middle East franchise operator of a global pizza and quick-service restaurant brand.
We're looking for a Supply Chain Officer based in Riyadh, KSA.
This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, vendor management, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for both food and non-food categories. Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores. Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies. Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory. Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution. Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes. Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review. Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to align supply chain activities with business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred.3–5 years of supply chain coordination experience, preferably in QSR/restaurant/FMCG sector. Working knowledge of Saudi import regulations, SFDA & SABER processes. Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders. Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Micros Fidelio or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
