The Lifestyle Manager will serve as the face, host, and operational lead of an exclusive, invitation-only private members club in Riyadh. Membership is strictly by personal invitation from the Owner and includes VVIPs, UHNWIs, senior business leaders, diplomats, and high-profile international guests. The Owner is intentionally hands-off and seeks a trusted, highly polished, and autonomous professional to ensure the club operates seamlessly, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and consistently reflects the Owner’s personal standards, values, and reputation. This is a front-facing, relationship-driven role that blends luxury hospitality, private club management, and discreet lifestyle curation at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Hosting Act as the primary host and ambassador of the club. Personally welcome and engage all guests, ensuring a warm, refined, and discreet experience. Conduct curated tours of the venue, including:Private dining room Lounge areas Sports TV room Cigar lounge Snooker room Coffee bar Shisha lounge Rooftop and outdoor bar Anticipate guest preferences, manage special requests, and ensure flawless service delivery at all times.2. Relationship Management & Invitations Build and maintain trusted relationships with:VVIPs and UHNWIsSenior executives and business leaders Diplomats, investors, and influential local and international guests Coordinate closely with the Owner on guest invitations, approvals, and bespoke requests. Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding guests, conversations, and activities. Ensure the club remains a secure, private, and trusted environment.3. Club Operations & Standards Oversee daily club operations, ensuring service, ambiance, and presentation meet luxury private club standards. Act independently, making sound judgments in real time with minimal oversight. Ensure the club atmosphere reflects exclusivity, comfort, and understated elegance. Candidate Profile & Requirements Experience Proven experience in one or more of the following environments:Private members clubs Luxury hospitality or boutique lifestyle venues UHNW households or family offices High-end concierge or lifestyle management roles Demonstrated experience hosting and engaging with senior, influential, and high-net-worth individuals is essential.
