The Role We’re looking for a Media Sales Manager who will drive advertising revenue by building and managing strong relationships with brands and agencies. This role focuses on selling integrated media solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals in a fast-growing media environment. The position offers competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to work with a reputable media organization expanding its presence.
What You’ll DoProspect, pitch, and close new brand and agency partnerships. Sell integrated media, digital, and influencer-led campaigns that deliver meaningful visibility and impact. Create tailored proposals aligned with client objectives, budgets, and performance goals. Own client relationships end-to-end, from first conversation through negotiation and deal closure. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management. Stay ahead of media, advertising, and digital trends to bring fresh, relevant solutions to clients.
What We’re Looking For Proven senior experience in media, advertising, or digital sales with a strong track record of winning and growing major accounts. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage C-level decision makers. Strategic thinker who can build long-term partnerships and position solutions beyond price. Highly self-driven, accountable, and comfortable leading deals independently in a flexible or remote environment. Strong pipeline management and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple high-value deals simultaneously. Deep understanding of media, digital, and influencer landscapes with the ability to translate trends into winning client strategies.
