A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join their strong sales team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. Key Responsibilities:Achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets, while meeting qualitative objectives. Communicate the benefits and value of the company’s product portfolio to both existing and potential customers. Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), pharmacists, and purchasers. Organize and lead group meetings for targeted specialties, presenting the company’s products and their advantages. Distribute promotional materials effectively and track sales progress. Provide monthly reports on sales activities, market feedback, and emerging opportunities. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Arabic. Effective sales skills and a results-driven approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). A dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
