We are currently hiring three qualified Medical Coders to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations and regulatory requirements.
Role Overview: The Medical Coder will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant medical coding, supporting billing efficiency, and maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality across clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities: • Accurately code medical diagnoses and procedures in accordance with approved coding systems (ICD-10-AM / CPT) • Review medical records and clinical reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance • Support billing operations and contribute to reducing insurance claim rejections • Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to resolve coding discrepancies • Adhere strictly to quality standards, confidentiality, and patient data protection policies.
Required Qualifications: • Certified Medical Coding Credential (CPC or equivalent) • Valid SCFHS Professional Classification is preferred • Strong attention to detail with solid understanding of medical documentation and coding practices.
