Purpose:The Visualizer Professional is a strategic storytelling and visualization expert responsible for translating complex development concepts, strategies, and data into compelling visual narratives. This role supports executive decision-making, board presentations, investor materials, and marketing readiness through CGIs, animations, AI-generated visuals, and immersive storytelling.
Key responsibilities:Develop end-to-end visual storylines for developments, districts, and investment narratives. Produce high-quality CGIs, animations, diagrams, and presentation visuals. Implement AI-powered visualization tools for concept generation, iteration, and storytelling. Experience in consultancy environments with track record of graphical and visualization capabilities with the ability to translate planning, architecture, strategy, and finance concepts into clear, compelling board- and executive-level graphics and diagrams. Support board, investor, and authority presentations. Collaborate with Development, Design, Projects Delivery, and Commercial teams. Maintain visual quality standards and brand consistency across all materials.
Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any related field. Certifications in visualization software or AI design tools are advantageous. Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Minimum 6–10 years in architectural visualization or development storytelling. Advanced expertise in CGIs, animation, visual narratives, and AI-based visual tools. Strong understanding of real estate development processes and technical concepts.
