Sales & Business Development Executive (Water industry)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new sales and business development opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions. Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue and growth targets. Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences as required. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into value-driven solutions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales or technical/industrial markets. Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
