Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Compliance Specialist. The Compliance Specialist will oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, manage compliance-related processes, and maintain the ethical standards of the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring legal and regulatory developments, conducting compliance assessments, preparing reports, and assisting in the implementation of company policies. The role also involves working collaboratively with different departments to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess risks and address compliance-related issues effectively. Proficient Communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams and external regulators. Familiarity with local and international compliance regulations is an advantage. A relevant degree in Business, Law, or a related field, along with prior experience in a compliance-focused role. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
