We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs in cutting-edge technical domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity. The role involves conducting engaging sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and updating training materials to align with the latest technologies and industry best practices. You will collaborate with multiple departments to identify training needs and drive continuous learning excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
+5 years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in Learning & Development within a technical field. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. Professional and internationally recognized certifications in relevant fields are required. Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Information Security. Strong ability to design and deliver structured, results-oriented training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Fluency in English. Strong analytical skills for evaluating training needs and effectiveness.
