Orchestrate the communication between the client and the agency team including different peers in order to deliver best-in-class services and products to the client. SM Account Manager is responsible to make sure of the work quality and managing and overseeing the project on daily, weekly and monthly deliverables.
Job Description:Being the main contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Sustaining the building of customer relationships. Managing and arranging brainstorming with team members when needed. Managing the client's finances and budgeting.building the strategies with social media Director. Monitor the social media account posting and make sure that the strategy is being met and update it as needed with the social media Director. Monitor the community management and make sure that the tone of voice is matching the brand. Media briefing and prepare the media spending proposal. Monitor the media performance and prepare reports accordingly. Overseeing the influencers campaigns and making sure that they are delivering against the brand objectives. understanding of the client marketing calendars and launch briefs in advance and channel it to different team members. collaborate with different departments in order to deliver. Prepare monthly and yearly reports of the brands performance and recommendations on moving forward. Monitor the brand performance and suggest enhancements as needed.

Job Requirements:
Marketing and Advertising: Solid understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies. Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Digital Analytics: Familiarity with tools for measuring and analyzing social media performance. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations. Creative Problem-Solving: Capacity to think creatively to address campaign challenges. Qualifications preferably in an agency environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; a degree in Advertising is preferred. Bilingual: Proficiency in English & Arabic languages. Decision Making Skills Additional Requirements - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong crisis management skills to effectively address social media challenges.
