Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jīzān for a Strategic Planning Senior Engineer. The individual will oversee strategic planning processes, prepare and update production plans, and apply analytical insights for effective project control. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, providing thorough planning and execution strategies, and ensuring that all objectives are achieved in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate will contribute to the development and supervision of operational and strategic projects while maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.

Qualifications

Competence in Planning and Production Planning to create and manage workflows and processes effectively Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project data and making informed decisions Proficiency in Project Control to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with objectives Excellent Communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders Problem-solving ability and experience in a strategic supervisory role Familiarity with industrial or operational engineering standards Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Prior experience in strategic planning or engineering consultancy is a significant advantage
