Role Overview The expert will support the design, implementation, and validation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and SOPs across maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with international defense and aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities ????-Lead or support implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS)-Develop, review, and audit SOPs across MRO, quality, safety, logistics, and supply chain-Ensure compliance with ISO standards and AS9100-Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical MRO and PMO operating models-Work closely with OEMs, defense authorities, and subcontractor ecosystems-Support audit readiness, compliance validation, and knowledge transfer
Ideal Profile ????-Senior leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or industrial MRO-Background in maintenance, engineering, quality, operations, or compliance-Strong exposure to regulated environments and external audits ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 or AS9100) preferred-Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder defense programs
