Position Title : Customs Clearance Specialist
Key Responsibilities Execute and follow up on all customs clearance procedures in line with approved regulations Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping and customs documents (invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, delivery orders, etc.) Request missing or incorrect documents from suppliers when needed Issue and follow up on shipment certificates via the SABER platform Ensure the validity of product certificates listed in customer invoices Coordinate with customs clearance offices and submit complete documentation on time Handle customs objections, remarks, and resolve documentation discrepancies or violations Submit customs declarations to the Finance Department and follow up on payments Prepare periodic shipment status and performance reports Manage authorization requirements with shipping lines and related entities Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of experience in customs clearance Strong knowledge of Saudi customs systems and platforms, including FASAHSolid understanding of import/export regulations and Saudi customs laws

Required Skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills High attention to detail, especially in document review Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good command of English (written and spoken) Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
