We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring supply chain efficiency, fast execution, and high-quality delivery that supports business growth and enhances customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all e-commerce logistics operations end-to-end (warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and returns). Develop and implement logistics strategies that support scalability and growth across e-commerce channels. Manage and operate warehouses, ensuring efficient Picking, Packing, and Dispatch processes.· Managing high-volume customer orders on an e-commerce platform, including same-day delivery operations. Negotiate and manage contracts with local and international shipping carriers and last-mile delivery partners. Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy and system integration across ERP / WMS / OMS platforms. Improve delivery lead times (SLA) and reduce delays and return rates. Analyze operational costs and implement cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality. Prepare and manage the logistics budget and monitor performance. Lead, develop, and evaluate logistics and operations teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, safety, and quality standards. Prepare periodic performance reports and KPIs and present them to senior management. Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement teams.


Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, including proven experience in e-commerce logistics. Proven experience in warehouse management and e-commerce order fulfillment operations.· Experience in managing and training drivers, and allocating deliveries across different regions.· Experience in tracking and monitoring order fulfillment from the point of purchase through to final delivery. Experience working with shipping carriers, express delivery companies, and Last Mile operations. Strong knowledge of ERP / WMS / OMS and inventory management systems.· Experience working on e-commerce platforms and delivery applications. Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership and professional communication skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Arabic (spoken). Valid driving license.
