We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture and not less than 18 years of hands-on construction experience. The role is focused on on-site execution, delivery, and control of high-rise towers and five-star hotel projects within large-scale and mega developments. Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with approved designs, schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for site execution and construction delivery of high-rise and luxury hotel projects. Manage day-to-day construction operations, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve site issues. Enforce HSE regulations, site safety procedures, and quality control standards at all times. Monitor construction progress, productivity, and workmanship, and implement corrective actions when required. Review and approve method statements, work inspections, and construction sequencing plans. Ensure timely completion of works in line with contractual milestones and handover requirements. Support the resolution of site-related variations, claims, delays, and coordination matters. Provide regular construction progress reports to senior management.
Mandatory Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 18 years of construction experience, with a strong site management background. Mandatory experience in high-rise tower construction. Mandatory experience in five-star / luxury hotel projects. Proven experience delivering mega or large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, site execution, QA/QC, and HSE practices.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous Saudi Arabia (KSA) market experience is highly preferred. Experience coordinating with local authorities, consultants, and major developers in KSA. Professional certifications or training related to construction management or safety are an advantage. Strong leadership, site coordination, and decision-making skills.
