Job Summary:Tadawi Medical Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist to join its medical team. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving patients’ communication abilities and enhancing their overall quality of life within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide direct speech therapy sessions focusing on articulation, fluency, language, and communication skills.
Monitor, evaluate, and document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patients’ overall treatment goals.
Educate patients and their families about speech and communication disorders and therapeutic strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
Valid professional classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Experience from fresh graduate up to one year is sufficient.
Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
