Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager – Total Rewards & Performance Management to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, rewards, and performance management frameworks. The role will ensure alignment between employee performance, rewards outcomes, and overall business strategy while maintaining market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Total Rewards Develop and manage the organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs. Design, review, and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and short- and long-term incentive plans. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive payouts. Oversee employee benefits programs (medical, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.) and manage relationships with vendors. Performance Management Design, implement, and continuously enhance the performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes. Ensure alignment between performance ratings, rewards outcomes, and talent decisions. Lead annual and mid-year performance review cycles, including system configuration, communication, and manager enablement. Partner with business leaders to embed a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, objective setting, and performance differentiation. Analyze performance data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Strategic & Advisory Partner with Business Leader on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives. Prepare analytics, dashboards, and reports related to rewards and performance effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).8–12 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Total Rewards and Performance Management. Proven experience designing and managing compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks in mid-to-large organizations. Strong knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and performance calibration practices.
