We are currently seeking a Operation and System Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of logistics management systems (e.g., WMS, TMS), monitoring system performance, promptly resolving technical issues；2. Analyze the current system operation, propose improvement suggestions, and implement optimization plans to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with logistics operations teams to identify business requirements, design, and implement system functionality improvements；3. Manage and analyze data within logistics systems, provide valuable business insights, and support decision-making. Develop and maintain data management standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency；4. Provide technical support and training to system users, develop and update system operation manuals and training materials to enhance user skills and system effectiveness；5. Participate in the planning and implementation of logistics system-related projects, ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected goals. Coordinate communication and collaboration with various departments to facilitate smooth project execution；6. Ensure logistics systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain system security and data privacy, conduct regular system security checks and updates to mitigate potential risks.


Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field；2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics system management and optimization, familiarity with WMS, TMS, and proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, BI tools；3. Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with cross-functional teams；4. Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems；5. Proficiency in English as a working language; proficiency in the local language is preferred；6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
