Job Purpose To lead as a driving force for revenue generation through sales of AQESA Solutions by identifying potential clients and manage the relationships with AQESA key clients. Responsibilities1 Policies and Procedures - Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls2 Accounts - Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success- Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)- Meet sales targets and specific performance metrics- Align sales with business strategies- Promote products and services to attract new clients- Prepare and submit bids in collaboration with technical and finance teams3 Technical Knowledge - Drive client engagement by presenting technical capabilities like circuit breaker testing, transformer inspections, and VLF testing for MV cables- Act as a technical liaison, understanding client needs in areas like LV/MV system installations, retrofitting, and protection coordination studies- Analyze and address technical challenges faced by clients and propose innovative solutions for their electrical systems. - Ensure successful project delivery, including pre-commissioning, start-up services, and preventive maintenance for client systems.4 Other Responsibilities - Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management5-10 years of relevant work experience Product technical knowledge
