As a Partnerships Specialist, you will support the team in coordinating partner relationships, managing day-to-day operations, preparing reports, and assisting in campaign execution. You will work closely with senior management, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver measurable impact.

Partner Coordination & Support
· Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day partner communication, ensuring timely responses, smooth coordination, and strong relationship management.
· Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups with Product, Tech, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure all partner requirements, integrations, and deliverables are executed on schedule.
· Support the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new partners, to launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and managing renewals or extensions.
· Execute acquisition activities by assisting in partner prospecting, data collection, proposal preparation, and follow-up on contracting and onboarding steps.
· Prepare and document meeting agendas, minutes, and actionable follow-ups for partnership discussions to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
· Maintain up-to-date trackers and dashboards for partner acquisition, activation, campaign performance, and contract status to provide visibility on progress and key milestones.
· Support reporting and insights generation to highlight partner performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend next steps for ongoing engagement.
Campaign & Operational Support
· Assist in coordinating campaigns and joint promotions with partners, ensuring all creative assets, approvals, and timelines are met according to the agreed plan.
· Support in negotiating campaign proposals with merchants, including securing marketing budgets, defining visibility placements, and aligning on shared objectives and KPIs.
· Monitor campaign execution across the YGG platform and partner channels, proactively flagging issues, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth delivery until completion.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Tech) to ensure campaign readiness, accurate listings, and seamless customer experience during offer periods.
· Support post-campaign analysis by consolidating results, highlighting performance insights, and preparing reports or presentations for internal review or partner sharing.
· Coordinate settlement, invoicing, and reporting processes by preparing data files, verifying campaign figures, and liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation.
· Assist in handling partner complaints or operational escalations, ensuring they are documented, prioritized, and directed to the appropriate internal teams for resolution and follow-up.
Data & Performance Tracking
· Update partnership dashboards and CRM systems with the latest data, including pipeline status, campaign performance, revenues, and settlement progress, ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams.
· Prepare and deliver regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key metrics, trends, and partner results.
· Collect and consolidate data from partners, platforms, and internal systems to support decision-making, business reviews, and management presentations.
· Analyze partnership and campaign data to identify patterns, highlight performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights that guide future campaigns, negotiations, or partner strategies.
· Highlight variances, risks, or anomalies in reports and proactively flag them to senior managers, suggesting corrective actions or optimization opportunities.
· Support the development of data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance, enhance ROI, and strengthen the overall partnership ecosystem.
Research & Industry Insights
· Conduct targeted research on potential partners, industries, and emerging categories to identify new acquisition opportunities and support the overall partnerships growth strategy.
· Benchmark competitor activities and analyze partnership campaigns across the loyalty, gifting, and fin tech ecosystem to highlight trends, best practices, and whitespace opportunities for You Gota Gift.
· Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities based on market data, consumer demand, and brand fit, preparing summary briefs and recommendations for management review.
· Support idea generation by presenting potential campaign concepts, collaboration models, or cross-sector activations that could enhance visibility and partner engagement.
· Share actionable insights and opportunity reports with the wider team to inspire new initiatives, improve campaign planning, and drive portfolio diversification.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in KSA in gift card solutions, merchant acquisition sales and Partnership.
