Resource & Deployment Planner
• Data entry of labours and attachments detail.• Updating all CFS labour reports..• Arranging manpower shift wise deployment.• Deploy contactors labour.• Collecting gate pass of labour upon arrival.• Violate contractor labour upon shift leader request.• Coordinating employees early release.• Auditing labour activities in inspection yard.• following up for equipment breakdown.• Communicate internally in a daily basis regarding yard resources with MES, Infra, ICT, and WPS.• Monitoring Zello devices, Headlights, and phones.• Maintaining the store inventory.• Maintaining monthly resources inventory.• Maintaining all resources tracking sheets of yard devices, golf car, yard cars, and equipment.
Education / Minimum Requirements:• Bachelor Degree in any Business Field
