Development Manager – High-Rise Towers (End-to-End) The Development Manager will lead the full lifecycle delivery of high-rise tower projects (40+ floors), from early feasibility and concept development through to construction, handover, and asset stabilization. Key Focus Areas Feasibility & Strategy: Lead highest-and-best-use studies, financial feasibility, market analysis, development appraisals, and risk assessments. Concept to Design Management: Appoint and manage architects, engineers, and consultants; drive concept, schematic, and detailed design in line with budget, program, and brand positioning. Commercial & Financial Control: Own development budgets, cash flows, value engineering, procurement strategies, and cost optimization throughout the lifecycle. Authority & Stakeholder Management: Manage approvals with authorities, municipalities, master developers, and utilities; liaise with investors, JV partners, and internal leadership. Construction & Delivery Oversight: Oversee contractors and PMs to ensure timely delivery, quality, safety, and compliance; manage changes, claims, and delivery risks. Handover & Close-Out: Lead testing, commissioning, handover, defects management, and transition to FM/operations. Must Have Proven track record delivering iconic or high-end residential / mixed-use towers (40+ floors). Strong experience across feasibility, design, commercial management, and construction delivery. Background with private developers, family offices, or major real estate groups. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
