نبحث عن مدير عمليات تشغيلي كافيهات ذو خبرة قوية في إدارة وتشغيل سلاسل الكافيهات، للانضمام إلى فريق عمل احترافي يركز على الكفاءة التشغيلية وجودة الأداء وتحقيق الربحية.
المهام الوظيفية:• الإشراف الكامل على العمليات التشغيلية اليومية لجميع الفروع.• ضمان تطبيق معايير التشغيل (SOPs) وجودة الخدمة والمنتجات.• متابعة أداء الفروع وتحليل المبيعات والتكاليف وتحقيق المستهدفات.• إدارة فرق العمل (مدراء – مشرفين – موظفين) وتقييم الأداء.• تحسين تجربة العميل ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء.• تقليل الهدر وضبط التكاليف التشغيلية وزيادة الكفاءة.• التنسيق مع الإدارات الداعمة (المشتريات – الموارد البشرية – المالية).• التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة الغذائية والبلدية.• إعداد التقارير التشغيلية الدورية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.• المعرفة الجيدة بنظام اودو (odoo) او اي نظام مشابه له .
المتطلبات:• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة وتشغيل الكافيهات أو المطاعم.• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عدة فروع أو سلسلة كافيهات.• معرفة قوية بالعمليات التشغيلية، إدارة التكاليف، وتحليل الأداء.• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية.• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية.• التواجد داخل المملكة العربية السعودية شرط أساسي.• يفضل من لديه خبرة في التوسع وإطلاق فروع جديدة.

Job Vacancy: Chief operating officer(COO) Location: Al-Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in managing and operating café chains to join a professional team focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: • Full oversight of daily operational activities across all branches. • Ensure implementation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service/product quality standards. • Monitor branch performance, analyze sales and costs, and achieve operational and financial targets. • Manage teams (Managers, Supervisors, and Staff) and conduct performance evaluations. • Enhance customer experience and increase customer satisfaction levels. • Reduce waste, control operational costs, and improve overall efficiency. • Coordinate with supporting departments (Procurement, Human Resources, Finance). • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and municipality regulations. • Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to senior management. • Good knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar systems.
Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in managing and operating cafés or restaurants. • Proven experience in managing multiple branches or a café chain. • Strong knowledge of operations management, cost control, and performance analysis. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational and financial objectives. • High leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia. • Experience in expansion and launching new branches is a plus.
