The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Key Accountabilities:
Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Define objectives, identify and evaluate trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning.
Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Experience: Sales experience with 5-8 years in a successful sales management role.
