Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, SEM & Paid Media (English & Arabic) to lead our firm’s digital growth. This role owns end-to-end digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, geo-targeted campaigns, website redevelopment SEO readiness, analytics, and reporting across both English and Arabic platforms.
This is a hands-on, strategic role with full responsibility for performance, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Own and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Plan and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets Define KPIs, track performance, and report results to senior management Lead cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, and content teams SEO (English & Arabic) Lead technical, on-page, and content SEO for EN & AR websites Ensure SEO readiness during website redevelopment:Site structure & URL mapping Arabic-friendly architecture (RTL, hreflang, indexing) Page speed & Core Web Vitals Conduct English & Arabic keyword research, respecting local search intent Oversee content optimization, internal linking, and schema markup Manage Google Search Console & SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) SEM & Paid Media Own Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including:Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) Geo-targeted campaigns for KSA & GCC regions Build and optimize Arabic and English keyword structures, bidding strategies, and budgets Optimize CPL, ROAS, and lead quality Ensure geo-targeting accuracy to maximize regional campaign impact Coordinate landing page performance and CRO improvements Website & Analytics Lead SEO & SEM-ready website redevelopment and migrations Implement and manage:GA4 & Google Tag Manager Conversion tracking, events, and geo-reporting Deliver clear monthly performance reports (traffic, leads, CPL, rankings, geo-performance) Content & Brand Support Guide bilingual content strategy (English & Arabic) for SEO & SEM campaigns Ensure content is search-optimized, culturally aligned, and GEO-targeted Support brand positioning through performance-driven digital campaigns Required Skills & Experience5+ years in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media Proven experience managing SEO & Google Ads budgets, including geo-targeted campaigns Strong understanding of Arabic SEO, PPC & GEO marketing best practices Experience with website redevelopment or SEO migrations Advanced knowledge of:Google Ads, SEM, Display & You Tube campaigns GA4 & GTMGoogle Search Console SEO & SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) Strong analytical and reporting skills Language Requirements Fluent English Fluent in Arabic What Success Looks Like Increased qualified leads across English & Arabic campaigns Reduced CPL and improved ROASImproved organic & paid rankings in KSAZero SEO loss during website relaunch Effective geo-targeted campaign execution with measurable ROIClear, data-driven reporting to leadership
