Qualifications & Experience Professional Background10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Architecture, or Technology Consulting Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams in Agile delivery models Strong experience working with senior executives, influencing strategic and architectural decisions Technical Expertise (GCP Focus) Deep, hands-on expertise with the GCP Data Stack, including:Big Query Dataflow Pub/Sub Cloud Composer (Airflow) Vertex AIStrong experience with real-time / streaming architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub) Experience integrating live data sources (IoT / operational technology) Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java or Scala Highly desirable: Experience building platforms for Generative AI use cases (LLMs, vector databases, semantic search) Integration & Domain Knowledge Proven experience integrating complex, heterogeneous systems (API-based, batch, and event-driven architectures) Strong understanding of:Data governance Security & IAMPII and data privacy regulations Preferred background: Mega-projects, Smart Cities, Entertainment, or Tier-1 Strategy Consulting
