Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets. Customer Focus: Establish a long-term business relation with key customers in the market, manage himself the main key accounts whether contractors or traders. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including the introduction of high-margin value-added products. Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, procurement and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the Board of Directors. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation to drive product development and market differentiation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the executive team to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to ensure the company's long-term sustainability and compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the building materials industry, preferably in KSA and GCC with a successful track record of turning around commodities business like steel and wood into sustainable profitability and business development of business with new lucrative products.
Background: Working with international cooperation in the construction or building material sector is an added advantage.
