Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for IT Sales Specialist located in Al Khobar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to implement effective sales strategies. The role may also involve conducting product training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build positive relationships. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and lead opportunities effectively. Experience in providing Training to clients or team members on products or services offered. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus. Knowledge of the field or industry relevant to the company's products or services is beneficial. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a dynamic, goal-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field preferred.
