Role Purpose Oversee Project Control and Contract Management functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and governance standards.
1) Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring. Manage daily operations of the Projects Control & Contract Department. Oversee project execution ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Coordinate with Construction, Design, Procurement, Finance, and subcontractors. Review and manage change requests and contract variations. Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and governance compliance. Monitor subcontractor performance and site administration activities. Identify risks, improvement areas, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and submit financial and project reports to senior management.2) People Management Lead, coach, and evaluate team performance. Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and best practices.3) Policies, Safety & Compliance Implement and improve departmental policies and procedures. Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or related).10+ years of engineering experience (Civil Engineering preferred), including GCC projects. Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in project and contract management. PMP® and/or CCM® certification is preferred.
